TERMS OF CONTRACT

Booking Deposit: A booking fee of £150 is charged on signing and is non-refundable.Payment: Balance is due at least three (3) weeks prior to the wedding date Copyright: Signing this contract the client agrees to assign to the videographer the copyright of all the video material specified in the schedule. The videographer may use extracts for commercial purposes. Artistic Licence: The Videographer shall be granted artistic licence by the client in relation to the material used and the finished tape/DVD content and style as laid in the schedule unless previously discussed and agreed Prior to the event Sole Rights: The videographer shall be the sole professional video at the venue.   Exceptions are family and friends as long as priority remains with us. Force Majeure: The due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by the videographer owing to ANY cause beyond their control.  In the event of failure of the video equipment, ancillary accessories, or cancellation of the contract by the videographer  Liability shall be limited to A FULL AND COMPLETE REFUND OF ALL MONIES PAYED.
